I can confirm first hand that the team Ross and Mike have built at crowdSPRING is really phenomenal. After a wild lunch a few months back I see that these tips Ross provides have definitely been fulfilled, he's walking the walk.

I asked Ross to post on this topic a few days back because this is probably one of the toughest, but most important things to do in building a startup. Make sure that everyone is on the same page and that page has to be a very specific page including these 5 traits...

1) Culture
2) Passion
3) Flexibility
4) Transparency
5) Vision

Other than Ross's advice, what other things should you look out for in building a startup team? What are the core traits of that team and those individuals...
I was surprised to see raw talent not on Ross's list and I'm wondering what other startup founders think?
